Accommodation and Staying With Me
Most of Magleby seen from above

It is possible to stay at my home during your visit. I have hosted models before, and it usually works as follows:

If you arrive by plane, I can pick you up from Copenhagen Airport. If you arrive by other means, I can usually arrange to pick you up somewhere on Zealand by prior agreement.

Depending on the day’s schedule, I can drive you to the train station or to your first photoshoot of the day. Once your last shoot is finished, I will pick you up again so we can return home. If you have multiple shoots during the day, you will need to arrange your own transportation between them.

When it is time for you to continue your journey, I will of course also provide transportation to the airport or the nearest train station.

I can help with transportation around Zealand and Lolland-Falster, or drive you to a train station in the area.

I live in a small village in the countryside, where public buses only operate on weekdays.

Food and Practical Information

I am happy to provide breakfast and dinner. If you are at home all day, you will of course also have lunch.

We can discuss your preferences and any dietary requirements in advance, and I will take care of the shopping and cooking. My goal is simply to make you feel at home.

You will have the bedroom during your stay and full access to the rest of the house. While you are visiting, I will sleep in the living room.

Free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, and a hairdryer are naturally available.

Photography Facilities

You are welcome to use the house and my small photo studio for shoots with other photographers. However, you should expect that I will usually be at home.

I have various lighting equipment, stands, and backdrops available, which can be used by arrangement.

Exchange Agreement

You do not pay anything for the accommodation and assistance I provide. Instead, we work on a trade basis, meaning that I do not pay for the photoshoots we do together.

Any photoshoots with me will naturally be planned around the rest of your schedule during your stay.

I live in a small and cozy house consisting of:

  • A bedroom/home office with a terrarium and an aquarium containing blue shrimp.
    Also used for photoshoots.
  • An open-plan kitchen and dining area.
  • A small hallway with several terrariums containing, among other things, tarantulas, scorpions, beetles, and three small snakes.
  • A bathroom with a toilet and shower.
  • A small living room with a terrarium housing three tenrecs.
  • Outside the house.
  • An enclosed terrace, where the front panels can be removed during the summer.
  • A former horse stable that now serves as a photo studio and workshop.

The Local Area

There are many beautiful locations nearby for photography, including:

  • Beaches
  • Forests
  • Chalk quarries
  • Several other interesting and scenic locations

A Little About Me

I am an adult man who has lived alone for more than 10 years.

I no longer work due to health-related challenges. After many surgeries related to Ulcerative Colitis, I had my colon removed, which fortunately also eliminated the disease. That was more than 25 years ago. Later, I developed polyneuropathy in my feet, which means I live with constant pain. Eventually, this made it impossible for me to continue working, and I am now on a disability pension.

Although disability pension does not make anyone wealthy, I have a good life and manage well.

Photography is a major passion of mine. I enjoy both portrait photography and attending live concerts, where I take photos and record videos. I also run my own YouTube channel.

As you may already have guessed, I am very fond of animals. I serve on the board of an association that helps and advises people on the care and keeping of exotic mammals.

I also participate in various charity events.

I own a car and a couple of motorcycles and am a member of a motorcycle club that focuses on charitable work. Each year, we choose an organization to support through various activities and fundraising efforts.

I also have a cat who more or less chose to move in with me. She mainly lives outdoors and spends most of her time on the terrace, but she comes inside for breakfast and visits throughout the day.

If there is anything else you would like to know about me or your stay, please feel free to ask.
